About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology AI Intern to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of AI adoption and system integration — you will play a central part in coordinating AI initiatives across the firm, driving engagement, and building the internal frameworks that embed AI into workflows.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, traders, middle office and across functional teams to identify opportunities, support implementation, and champion an AI-proactive culture. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical curiosity and strong people skills — the ability to bring teams along, communicate clearly, and keep initiatives moving with precision and purpose.

What You Will Do:

• Assist to coordinate AI adoption initiatives across teams, tracking individual & team progress, flagging blockers, and ensuring alignment on priorities

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions which translate into actionable use cases

• Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to evaluate AI tool effectiveness and surface areas for improvement

• Identify any potential risk on AI applications and execution 

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to build AI literacy across the firm

• Cross-pollinate AI tools, techniques and product innovation across teams, identify where solutions developed in one area can be adapted and applied in others
  Contribute actively to AI risk governance, monitoring and procedures 

• Research, evaluate LLMs and Agentic AI initiatives

• Support and Build AI-driven trading prototypes and proof-of-concepts to stakeholders, articulating architecture decisions and lessons learned

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are pursuing or hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

• Have a strong academic record,  

• Genuine curiosity about AI and its practical applications, self starter 

• Are highly detail-oriented — able to manage multiple workstreams without letting things fall through the cracks

• Communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Are proactive and self-directed — able to take initiative, motivate others, and push projects forward without close supervision

• Have basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts, Python, and LLM tooling (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API)

• Have a basic understanding of Azure Cloud, MS OpenAI, AI Search, and related infrastructure (advantageous)

• Have experience with data analysis, SQL, or app-building platforms such as Retool (advantageous)

• Show an interest in financial markets, digital assets, or trading operations

Additional Information

• This is a full-time internship role starting in May 2026

• The role is based on-site in Singapore
