Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating, executing, and following up on business development leads and identifying opportunities in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, particularly in centralized exchanges, and the ability to forge strong relationships with potential clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities in the centralized exchange market making sector.
- Follow up on leads generated by senior management, nurturing relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into successful partnerships.
- Keep up to date with market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, operations, and technology, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our network.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and market dynamics to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Min. 2-5 years of experience in a business development position, preferably in cryptocurrency trading or a market-making business.
- Strong understanding of centralized exchange market making and trading strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
