Position Summary
As our HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people-first culture. You will work closely with our team to foster a positive, dynamic, and motivated workplace. Job Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
•    Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
•    Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
•    Assist in the development of job descriptions and maintain accurate records of employment offers and contracts.
Employee Relations:
•    Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
•    Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and implementing improvement initiatives.
•    Facilitate employee disciplinary processes and performance management.
•    Organise and brainstorm team bonding events, fostering strong start up culture and growth
Compensation and Benefits:
•    Administer and track employee compensation, benefits programs, and annual reviews.
•    Assist in researching and benchmarking compensation trends to ensure competitive salary structures.
•    Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers, helping to resolve any issues or inquiries.
•    Work with HR Vendors on payroll/leaves system ensure seamless workflow
HR Compliance:
•    Ensure compliance with all local employment laws.
•    Maintain employee records, ensuring accurate documentation of personnel files and HR-related documentation.
•    Assist in the development, review, and update of HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
•    Assist in identifying employee development needs and create training programs to foster skill enhancement.
•    Coordinate and track employee training programs and ensure compliance with training requirements. Support succession planning initiatives.
HR Data and Reporting:
•    Maintain HR data in relevant systems and generate reports for management.
•    Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Job Requirements:
•    Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource or related field with 2-3 years experience
