Position Summary

You will be responsible for designing, developing and testing of our crypto trading platform. You will be building and maintaining trading systems, working alongside internal and external stakeholders to transform ideas into deliverables, ranging from minimum viable products to enterprise scale systems.
 

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and timelines that meet both business and engineering needs.
• Empower traders with advanced risk assessment tools and real-time analytics to make informed decisions and minimize potential losses.
• Implement robust monitoring protocols to proactively identify anomalies and performance bottlenecks, ensuring uninterrupted trading operations.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration with partners and external vendors to ensure smooth technical integrations.
• Continuously evaluate and implement relevant emerging technologies to enhance the company’s platforms

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related field of studies
• At least 1-2 years+ relevant experience
• Ideally prior experience with trading systems, infrastructure, algorithms, and connectivity either in Crypto related companies or traditional financial institutions
• Understand market-making algorithm requirements to be able to conduct testing, deployment and troubleshoot in real time.
• Proficient in at least one strongly typed programming language such as Go, Java, C++ etc.
• Strong entrepreneurship mindset and the ability to contribute both as an individual contributor
• Ability to work in high pressure environments to meet deadlines.
