About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic skilled Research Analyst Intern to join our teams supporting a group of dynamic traders, sales, tech engineers. In this role, you will contribute directly to bridging the gap between providing research opinions on protocol, market updates and trading updates. You will play an integral role in shaping key initiatives and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
You will begin your internship by completing an onboarding training program to build your knowledge of trading and research in the realm of digital asset market-making. We have experts within the firm to guide and teach you the necessary skills for your role.
What You Will Do

Apply your skills and knowledge to support the team with technical analysis to play an integral role in shaping key research-based initiatives

Gain insights of the rapidly evolving developments in the field, including market structure and liquidity trends

Assist in evaluating protocols, trading trends, Defi-Cefi market behavior, risk management strategies, and trading algorithms

Contribute ideas based on research and analysis on potential investment opportunities in the crypto space

Evaluate the financial and strategic potential of each opportunity and make recommendations to the portfolio manager

Monitor and track the performance of current investments and share regular updates to the portfolio manager

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new investment opportunities

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to support project implementation

Who Should Apply?
We are looking for candidates who:

Are pursuing or hold a Bachelors or Masters in Business, Finance or related fields

Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Confident in writing and verbal communication skills, able to present complex technical content clearly

Demonstrate a strong interest in the digital asset space and financial markets

Have relevant experience with Bloomberg, financial modeling, or similar analytical tools

Pro-active team player capable of adapting to their environment

Previous experience in trading or market research (such as FX, Commodities, or digital asset markets) is advantageous but not required

Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and digital asset market-making trends is advantageous but not required
No prior knowledge of finance or trading is necessary. We will provide the training you need to succeed.
